Where you read “the Service,” it refers to PrismApp and related services at prism-appolice.in.

We take claims of copyright infringement seriously. It is our policy to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

We may restore the removed content if the original complainant does not file a court action within ten business days of receiving the counter-notice.
It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
PrismApp operates under government authority for law enforcement purposes. Certain materials may be used under fair-use provisions for law enforcement activities, government-use rights under applicable laws, and emergency response exemptions. These exemptions do not extend to personal use or unauthorised distribution.
PrismApp incorporates open-source software components, including the Matrix protocol, which retain their original licences and copyright notices. A full list of open-source components and their licences is available by contacting admin@prism-appolice.in.
Many materials in PrismApp may contain confidential law enforcement information or sensitive operational data. Such materials are subject to Official Secrets Act provisions, police standing orders, and national security classifications. Unauthorised copying, distribution, or use may constitute serious criminal offences.
Officers retain copyright in their own original content, subject to official duties requirements, operational necessities, department policies on information sharing, and legal obligations for case documentation.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights to share any third-party content through PrismApp, including photos, videos, documents from other agencies, and reports.
